monmax.co.uk ("MonMax", "we", "us") is run by Marco and Brigette de Vries in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at marco@monmax.co.uk or through our contact page.

These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them.

What the site is, and isn't

MonMax publishes general information about pensions, money and careers for people who moved to the UK later in life, and recommends a small number of products from Launch You.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, pension, legal or immigration advice, and none of it takes your personal circumstances into account. Before you make decisions, check official sources such as GOV.UK or speak to a regulated adviser. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more on income and results.

Accuracy

We check figures against official sources and say which tax year they apply to. Rules and rates change, though, and we can make mistakes. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we'll correct it.

Affiliate links and Launch You products

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Launch You pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you.

We don't sell, deliver or support Launch You products. If you buy from Launch You, your contract is with them, and their terms, refund policy and privacy policy apply. Questions about orders, access or refunds should go to Launch You directly.

Our free resources

The pension-gap checklist, calculator and other free resources are provided for your personal use. You're welcome to share links to them. Please don't republish or sell them as your own.

Our content

The words, design and graphics on MonMax belong to us unless we say otherwise. You may print or save pages for your own use and quote short extracts with a link back. For anything more, ask us first.

Using the site responsibly

Please don't try to break into, overload or damage the site, scrape it automatically, or post comments that are unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam. We may remove comments and block access if we need to.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, including GOV.UK and Launch You. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data, so check their terms and privacy policies.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site free of charge and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online.

We aren't responsible for losses caused by decisions you make based on general information on this site, or for anything bought from a third party such as Launch You.
